All enrollments and registrations are online. We are no longer accepting paper enrollment forms or documents. Please enroll your student ASAP. The following forms are required for enrollment. We strongly recommend you collect all digital forms before starting online enrollment. The following forms are required for all students new to Clairemont HS. Save your digital documents as PDF or JPG files. Please do not provide/upload HEIC files.
- Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, or Passport (must show parent's name)
- Verification of residency such as recent utility bill, rental agreement, mortgage document, or military housing orders (up to 6 months in advance; this does not apply if you are on the housing waitlist).
- Immunization record. For the most up-to-date requirements, please visit SDUSD Nursing and Wellness/Immunization requirements.
- Transcript, and latest progress report card (if most recent completed courses are not on transcript).
- IEP or 504, if student is currently enrolled in a Special Education Program
If the student does not live in the Clairemont HS boundary, a 2026-2027 CHOICE enrollment application must be completed and approved BEFORE enrollment.
