  • Alumni (2015-2021): Copy of State ID is required

IMPORTANT! 
In order for Clairemont High to give you a transcript copy, this must have been the LAST school you attended in the San Diego Unified School District , and it must have been between 2015-2021. 

For any records related to 2014 and prior, you must use the following link: https://sandiegoca.scriborder.com. This request will be processed by the district, not Clairemont High. Contact them if you have any questions regarding your request.

- Current students can generate an unofficial PDF of your transcript, via your Powerschool portal. If you need an unofficial PDF copy and are having problems generating it yourself, please contact your counselor. 

If a high school student has moved or their new high school is requesting records, this request needs to be email directly to the registrar ([email protected]) or fax request: Fax 619-605-2620, Attn: Registrar

 

Transcripts for college:

Please note: UC's and CSU's generally only require FINAL TRANSCRIPTS, it is not necessary to send initial or midyear transcripts to those colleges. Colleges using the COMMON APP, will generally ask for INITAL, MIDYEAR, and FINAL transcripts. In addition when applying to colleges via COMMON APP, letters of recommendation are required. Please talk to your counselor and teachers as soon as possible for the letters of recommendation, be prepared with a BRAG SHEET.

*Please note, SDUSD does NOT provide diploma copies. Transcripts are the only documents our district can provide for alumni. Alumni only get one Diploma which is the one they received on Graduation day and school does not keep or give copies of it.*
