The Mission of "Circle of Friends" is to provide an inclusive environment for teens with development disabilities on elementary, middle and high school campuses as well as within their community. Our focus is to create a culture of acceptance and understanding. We provide opportunities for students to acquire, practice, and attain social conversation skills and problem solving strategies in authentic settings. The program offers every student on campus an opportunity to see life through an equitable lens, noticing that people are far more alike than different.
